Matt black lightweight and flexible reel seat in fine 1k woven carbon fibre from American Tackle. This nominally size 18 reel seat has an internal diameter of 16.9mm, external 21.6mm and weighs 42.5g. These fittings will flex with the rod and look very smart on 12' carp rods, but check your blank diameter as they will not fit some 13' and distance carp rods.
